Successful leaders is how to think?

We usually focus on a successful leader is how to act, but often we overlook their thinking process. Leader in its operations are less likely to show their way of thinking, and by reading some books about successful leader, nor is it possible to understand that the leader's way of thinking. Therefore, we need to focus on in the minds of leaders, particular attention from several conflicting views on the process of making choices.
