Enhanced subordinate executive capacity method

When we have a very good annual plans or special scheme, there has been a viable destination management, left, is how to do, that is, fulfill schemes, to achieve its objectives. The so-called execution is a kind of action, in order to implement your own opinion of value and in certain time expect to finish something specific activities. Therefore, value creation and expect to achieve depends on execution. Business goals are achievable, Manager work achievements, often depends on the availability of executive power of subordinates.

We often hear people say, certain sectors weak implementation, be certain duties. This behavior is multifaceted. To sum up, when a sector or a post was superior leadership criticized as weak implementation, performance may include:

— — Lax discipline;

— — Indecision;

-Afraid of making mistakes;

— — Can't be responsible for;

— — Doing things prevarication;

— — Idle; and so on.

The above phenomenon, can be divided into two broad categories, namely: the capacity problem and attitude problems. If a Department of the Executive Force is not strong, it is very difficult to fulfil their responsibilities, to complete job tasks. Therefore, the Manager should be ability and attitude toward the two facets, improve departmental team of executive power. Improve the capacity of the subordinate was not easy, nor is it in the short term can solve the problem.

However, we can improve the subordination of attitude, to tackle poor execution. In most cases, the attitude is more important than capacity. We can say that the positive attitude is equal to half finished.

As managers, we might as well be from the following six areas to change attitudes, raise the subordinate team execution:

1, inspire subordinates recognizes the importance of their role.

The production line every post is engaged in specific production activities, quality inspector is to reduce product reworks, maintaining the company's reputation, sales is to provide utility to customers, guarantees and Secretary were led to the company's internal and external communication, the guard is in the maintenance of company security and establish a corporate image, and so on. Each employee's work has its significance and importance of the work of each post to form a company's vitality and a sector have to count on every employee's efforts to achieve departmental goals. If the Manager try to let employees know his work, the importance of knowing their employees also posts the importance of and the effort to do the work, then our sector began to have a good working attitude, departments have hope.
