I still have from Matsushita's words, a reporter asked him what business he blurted out, "it really was business." It looks very simple but contains a strong connotation of management. We all know that the external business environment is changing, from Panasonic through history, it is constantly adapting to the environment, constantly changing external environment prediction environment, make the right judgement, so we have today, this is a very simple reason. But now the environment what direction to go in to? how to predict the trend of environmental? management? this is our business, whether it is China's enterprise or a multinational corporation, CEO of challenges before the daily weather of the "look" and make the adjustments and anytime, anywhere.

This judgement on all enterprises, are essential. If you do not "predict the weather," and do not know the external operating environment for enterprise as well as the impact of their decisions to be made, it will become a serious problem for the development of enterprises.
