Leader: learn to listen to your inner child

What does it mean? is the face of your problems and shortcomings, be honest, gentle face, as if you own advantages and strengths. Only when you can do for others to do so, should be regarded as a successful Manager.

But the opposite conclusion. There are many children and young people with amazing leaders useful certain characteristics. For example, Silicon Valley is a tireless technical experts and entrepreneurs who have insight, compared to top company executives, they are more to see the new toys of excited children.

Of course, they also have annoying, especially when you're tired of the day, however, this is irrelevant. Young's enthusiasm is the innovation cycle in a large part, this is also the source of many United States companies.

Now, I will be the first to admit that some of these features is counterintuitive, if taken to an extreme, counterproductive. But overall, they can be tremendous leadership qualities.

There are five ways you can let leaders mobilize their inner child characteristics:

1. the unremitting pursuit of your passion. When the children are not law, they have some of the attention deficit disorder. But when they return to again focus their curiosity, love something, they will be determined and untiring pursuit of their goals.

2. tenacious in the face of adversity. Resistance in the face of adversity and stubborn. Every successful entrepreneur and venture capitalist will tell you, from the hottest companies as one of the best ideas are usually in at first everyone was evaded.
